1. Business Terms
A1 Kitchen Mart operates as a B2B and retail entity in the kitchenware industry. By accessing our digital showroom or place of business in Null Bazaar, Mumbai, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Pricing & Quotes
Our digital platform serves as a catalog. Official pricing is provided through B2B quotes via WhatsApp or formal email after assessing volume and customization requirements.
- Quotes are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
- GST (18%) is applicable on all commercial kitchenware unless specified otherwise.
- Bulk discounts are applicable on orders exceeding ₹50,000.
3. Quality Assurance (14-Gauge Standards)
We guarantee that all products marked as "14-Gauge" or "Heavy-Duty" meet the technical thickness specifications promised. Any discrepancies in material quality will be addressed under our heritage guarantee.
4. Shipping & Logistics
While we offer Pan-India shipping, the risk of transit is shared between the carrier and the buyer. Shipping costs for heavy utensils are calculated based on weight and volume.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
